What if your loyalty program didn’t just reward purchases — but rewired behavior?

There was no way to tell who was loyal and who was just passing through. A high-value customer could buy five times and still get the same welcome email as someone brand new.

No signals. No appreciation. No reason to come back.

The Insight

The brand had all the tools: Salesforce, HubSpot, eComm platforms. But the data sat static. There was no engine that could respond to behavior in real time. We discovered three fundamental gaps that were limiting loyalty. The system didn’t reward growth. It didn’t create identity. And it didn’t adapt.

There was no system to detect or respond when a customer stopped engaging. Without win-back flows or behavioral cues, churn quietly escalated in the background. with relevant details, like pricing, duration and how to book.

No Loyalty Tiers or Recognition

Customers spending thousands a year received the same messages as first-timers. There was no feeling of progress, no earned status and no reason to stick around.

There was no design in place to move a customer from buyer → loyalist → advocate. Without scaffolding or internal motivation, engagement plateaued.
