I’m Keerthana Dhananjayan, a systems-oriented marketing and commercial strategy leader focused on building scalable growth systems across marketing, CRM, and demand generation.

My work sits at the intersection of strategy, data, and execution, designing structured systems that improve pipeline visibility, align cross-functional teams, and drive measurable revenue outcomes. With experience across multi-business and enterprise environments, I’ve led go-to-market strategy, revenue operations, and AI-enabled workflows, transforming fragmented marketing efforts into cohesive, scalable demand engines.

My focus is not just on driving activity, but on building systems that convert demand into pipeline and pipeline into revenue.

My Approach

Growth doesn’t come from more activity; it comes from better systems.

Most organizations don’t struggle because they lack effort; they struggle because their systems are fragmented. Marketing, CRM, and sales operate in silos, making it difficult to connect activity to pipeline and pipeline to revenue.

 

My work focuses on diagnosing where these breakdowns occur and designing structured systems that bring clarity, alignment, and scalability. This includes building demand generation frameworks, CRM and pipeline visibility systems, and AI-enabled workflows that improve decision-making and execution. The goal is not just to drive more campaigns, but to create systems that make growth measurable, repeatable, and scalable.
